I been on and off losing weight. Can anyone of me tips to lose weight?


Order a food scale...it’ll help ease the measurements....also look for lower calorie alternatives of your favorite foods...they have everything now...low calorie ice cream...protein instead of carb filled chips....you just have to look and be adamant about losing weight


Losing weight is a long process and one thing that I learned during this time is that sometimes you are going to stagnate and not see any changes, but this shouldn’t demotivate you. Also, during weight loss you should learn to say NO more often. This thing helped me and it still helps. Sorry if I did any mistakes, I am not a native English speaker.


Maybe consider looking at the bigger picture. Losing a certain amount of weight shouldn’t necessarily be the only goal. A healthier body, a more active lifestyle, more energy are all part of the equation. It has to be a lifestyle change & not a quick fix goal.
