Hi Ggggggg_.

Tracking your calories and exercising daily without seeing results can be frustrating. Sorry to hear the scale is not reflecting your hard work! Here are some tips to help:

Hang in there! Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

Hi, Ggggggg_.

While tracking food & exercise can be valuable for users wanting to improve their health, it can reinforce unhealthy behaviors for those with or at risk for eating disorders. I noticed your weight is at a healthy place (126#), and your BMI is 22, which is very healthy. I am sure you want to improve your performance on the field; however, weight loss is not the answer.
I am concerned you may have some distorted thinking about your body shape and size and do not realize your weight is at a healthy place. Restricting your eating is very dangerous to your health. If you are struggling, please take a break from tracking and get the help you need. We take disordered eating very seriously here at MyNetDiary, and that is why I am responding to you again. I realize this is not the answer you were hoping to hear. Please let me know you received this.
All the best, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
