Intermittent Fasting Topic


Hi, I’ve noticed that in your replies that you are a strong proponent of eating 3 meals a day. I’ve been doing a lot of research regarding time restricted eating and significant studies indicate that it’s actually an extremely healthy approach to eating. I’m thinking of starting with a 16:8 eating window and then moving up to 18:6 once I’m accustomed to it. What are your thoughts?
