Lack of energy on keto Topic


Hi :)
I’m experiencing lack of energy on a low carb diet , at least 3 times a week , I’m over the initial stages of keto flu, but still being low energy occasionally

Is there anything I can do for that?

Why exactly are you on a low-carb diet? That isn’t a good strategy for weight loss, just make sure your eating a good amount of protein and that your in a calorie deficit and the weight should come off just fine
