Any tips or advice on how to eat healthier but still stay on a low budget diet? I’m a working young adult (19) with very limited budget. I’m trying to lose weight, but I can’t afford the gym, and the only food that I can afford are fast food.

Buy from bulk. Buy Whole foods that you can cook and meal prep. Meat is very pricey so maybe go vegetarian a couple days a week and/or buy it when it’s on sale. Something I used to do that was really filling was buy a bag of frozen stir fry veggies, teriyaki sauce, and whatever cheap chicken I could find. Then I’d cook it all together (light on the chicken to make it last) but I would have the entire bag of veggies to fill me up. So the sauce and chicken could last more than one meal but I would do a whole bag per meal. Variations could be split the bag into 2 meals or only have the bag of veggies and sauce, no chicken. Something else to consider is eggs. They are crazy cheap and very versatile. Hard boiled eggs are a filling snack and can be added to other sides to make a meal. Not terribly healthy but filling and cheap would be to get Ramen and add egg to the soup for protein. There are a lot of ways to do it so I’d google it and see what might sound good. Herbs like cilantro and parsley are cheap too and can be added to a variety of dishes to make them more exciting. Hope these tips help. Honestly, if you google healthy cheap recipes there are a lot of resources. I honestly thing the hardest thing is training yourself to meal prep so that when you’re hungry it’s ready and appetizing and you don’t have an excuse to get fast food.

How can I stay on track during my holidays?! I am currently in a place filled with fried seafood, and homemade icecream and loads of ’tapas'. I run every morning so I keep the track on that, but food is delicious in Spain and I cannot not eat jamon cerrano and queso malazcada and 'piel de sapo' watermelon (loads of this one tbh) What is the advice on that?! I just need to maintain at least 🥺
