Would be good to know how I can achieve this through diet


Hi Folks, To lose weight with an emphasis on losing body fat and minimizing loss of muscle/lean body mass, aim for a gradual weight loss, engage in a consistent weight resistance program (e.g. strength training/weight lifting, etc), and make sure your intake of protein is adequate.
