Hi everyone. I’m 15 5’3 and 104 pounds. Is there anyway I could slim down? Quarantine has made me gain a lot of weight and feel really gross and overwhelmed. Thanks so much!!!!


Hi hun! I’d say you should not feel pressured to lose any weight! Stick to an exercise schedule and eat healthy and you will be just fine. Fruits/veggies with every meal should help with those feelings of grossness.

Hello U1187601202- I am sorry to hear you are struggling. Quarantine has been difficult for a lot of people of all ages. Though it sounds to me like you have more going on than just being overwhelmed.

While this may sound harsh- it is for your protection. Tracking and dieting behaviors can lead to disordered eating for some individuals and I am worried about you. For your height and age, you do NOT need to lose weight even if you are not satisfied with the way your body looks.
