Hi 👋 I’ve been doing the app for 6 weeks now and lost 2lbs but the last 4 weeks I’ve been at a standstill ! I log everything, do meal planners . I don’t eat Rice and I do live potatoes and bread which I keep to minimum . Any suggestions as to how I can move that scale . Previous I was doing WW and lost 2st 5 lbs !

I can’t loose any pound . I want to cuite bread and rice but it been so hard

How many calories does the app say you can consume vs your actual truthful total? We can’t lose eating more than we burn off. That said sometimes i lose a pound a week and sometimes only a pound a month. Doing the same things! We are still way better off than we would be mindlessly stuffing ourselves. Hang in there, we are worth the effort!

Thank you , I will keep going . The app says 1,267 calories and most days is a good deficit sometimes very close to my total but I don’t go over . Nit giving up just a bit deflated!!

I think that’s the same as my allotment. I’ve only entered my first goal and set it at a 3/4 pound a week. No date goal. I’m not obsessing because experience has taught me that is a surefire way to failure.
