Macros Topic


Hello. I can’t seem to get to the regular forums so I thought I’d post here. I’m staying just under my allotted calorie amount but am having a hard time meeting my protein and carb macros. I seem to be meeting the fat macro easily. Are there any meals plans in the app or resources that give you examples of what to eat at each meal to meet your days macro requirements? Am thinking for an 1800 calorie diet.
