Hi U1188500914- Sorry for the delay in getting back with you.
1. To see weight loss over time scroll down below your dashboard to "charts."
Then Select the weight chart and the appropriate time frame (such as 1 year).
2. You can go to measurements and select which items to track (such as sleep, work, blood glucose, etc.
3. Then this information (which you will track in "measurements" will be available in charts.

You can also go to "My Analysis" on your dashboard for a diet quality report and email a report to yourself or health care provider.
