Hi! I’m not exactly sure if I’m posting this in the right place! I recently joined the app and have lost 5lbs in 6 days! I am amazed at how incredibly easy making a lifestyle change is! I am a visual person and this app lays it all out so well, helping me to stay on track. A problem I run into is not being able to eat all of my calories and my fats! I have no problem getting in my protein and carbs. With that being said, I have drastically changed the way I’m eating! No sweets, candy, sodas, fast food, or any of that! I have become dependent on protein shakes, chicken, and steamed veggies! I would really appreciate some meal ideas that are more diverse and not necessarily geared to only protein, carbs, or fats! Thank you so much for any feedback you are able to give! We got this y’all!!
