Meno Weight Buddies Topic


Hello…I’m Ren from Canada…57 and looking for other women in the same boat as me. I have always been a gym goer working out with weights and doing cardio and kept the weight off/down but once Covid hit I cancelled my membership due to less times to get in and not a fan of the gym getting so many people that trying to get on equipment was a pain. Now, I walk and do weights and most days eat 1200-1400 calories and the weight doesn’t budge. My job is from home so it’s too sedentary which doesn’t help but I’m not sitting eating. I have my usual foods and stick to it. Would love others to lean on for support and to encourage each other and hear what is working for you. Wishing you all well!
