Motivated Topic


I just had to share! I am very new to My Net Diary. Although it’s probably not normal and pretty drastic but in 10 days I have lost 7 pounds. I have tried so many weight loss programs over the years and I mean many. I’ve had five children and now I’m 50 so I’m sure you can imagine. Anyway, I’m just so happy with the results. I am sure that the weight loss will stabilize to around 2 pounds per week and I’ll have to add some exercise into my new lifestyle but I believe I can do this!! Last year I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and I have to realize how important it is to change my lifestyle by eating better, losing weight and exercising more to help manage my symptoms. However, I think that everyone has some reason that they need to be healthy for. Everyone has their own journey and their own truths, I wish you all well and hope the best for you.
