Since being in a relationship for 4+ years, I gradually went from a size 8-10 to a solid 14 sometimes pushing 16. I go through a weight losing phase for a few weeks at least 3 times a year but never have the motivation to to carry it on after an unhealthy week and have a fear of the scale after every time. I started again at the beginning of the month and even with hiccups along the way iv’e somehow managed to gain back the motivation after every time. I find alcohol to be the hardest thing to cut down on (being 20 haha) however it is getting easier everyday as I understand more the effects it has on my body. Hopefully I can reach my goal soon this time.

Yes, alcohol can add a lot of calories- it’s so social! Sip slowly and cut back looking for less sugar made drinks.Never give up your fight to stay on target you are on your way. It’s not easy but you can do it.
