This first week of logging food on Net Diary felt a little frustrating. I couldn’t keep within calorie counts. But then I got the analytics. They were so helpful! I realize that I just need to focus on healthy and delicious. And Vitamin A!


Great post, thanks! Ive been sitting between 70kg and 71kg for almost 3wks. This week I decided to drop into 60s. If I could hit 69kg it would be a great achievement. My goal is 65kg.


I encourage you to keep on keeping on!!! I ate too much pasta and bread this evening so my weight won’t be so good tomorrow…
