This is my first week on this new app. I have a LONG—way to go to reach my target weight .. like a year and half battle. With loosing 2 lbs week as short term. Target calories 1600 … but I do go on treadmill 30 mins so far most days. I should be able to go over a bit can’t I ?


I find it so much easier watching my calorie intake and servings. So much better than restricting myself and forbidding certain foods. This way I can eat what I want. Just in moderation. I find it very helpful with this app and so far I am down 15 pounds since I started a month ago.

Welcome to MyNetDiary! Strong work on walking. That is awesome!
We suggest doing regular planned activities, as your body allows. For maximum weight loss, do not "add exercise to calorie budget." Meaning, continue to do your daily treadmill, though don't eat back the calories you burned.
