My diet plan Topic


I just wanted to see if ppl had any suggestions for my diet. So I’m (almost) 24 6’3(191cm) at 240lb(108kg). I’m fairly active, I go to the gym 3-4 days a week and have volleyball practices 2 times a week (4 hours in total). I’m trying to get to around 225-230lb(102kg). The app suggests 2600 calories. Here’s my diet

Breakfast: Greek 5% yogurt with protein powder and Kellogg protein cereal

Lunch: 1/2 to 3/4 cup of rice with chicken breast and 1/2 marinara

Dinner: two protein wraps with chicken breast and marinara or Alfredo sauce

Snack: I make my own protein ice cream. Almond milk with some cool whip, half and half and protein powder

This usually gets me around 220g protein 90g fat and 250g carbs

I usually eat the same stuff every day but I also sub chicken with fish 1-2 times a week and 1-2 with beef. Also I add in cauliflower when I can. I don’t feel too hungry yet and if I do I try to drink tea with lemon juice or I make low calorie no sugar jello(I also make zero calorie Italian ice sometimes)
