I added in all of the components that make up my usual morning latte and because I keep the sugar additives to a minimum it looks like I’m mostly just getting a lot of nutrients from the milk! It’s over 300 calories still but it’s also usually the only thing I have for breakfast so I think that’s fine.


I use premium protein drinks to make my latte. Get some protein with it.


It’s it a great start to your day. Sure it’s only 300 calories but there is nothing nutritious in it that will help fuel your body for the day ahead.
