My new beginning Topic


Hello, I’m new here. I’m excited to start this dieting journey. I want to look and feel better. My goal is to get off of my diabetic meds. I am pre diabetic. I was diabetic a few months ago, but I just got under 200 lbs and my diabetes turned into pre diabetes. Earlier this year I weighed 222. I believe that is the most I have ever weighed. Right now I am 195. I lost weight without trying. I just wasn’t hungry. I went through a depressed time and didn’t feel like eating. I’m feeling better and and my appetite is back. I’m grateful to be under 200. My goal weight is 150. I have never really counted calories, so this is new for me. I have tried apps like these before, but never stuck to them. I feel motivated to follow through this time. -Alisia
