Hi guys & gals
For the last year I have been using the app
The Conqueror. It has an my virtual mission where you sign for a mission and can track your progress. As of today I’m signed for two missions lands end to John o groats, the length of Britain, and Cabot trail in Canada.
Check it out, works because most trail runs are now cancel, and it is nice to change out of your sweaty clothes in your own bathroom instead of porta potty

Virtual goals are very challenging!
I am working on one to walk across the USA. I started a month ago; it will probably take me a while as I only walk between 30-40 miles a week.

Hi everyone,
I am new and need to lose and manage weight while dealing with foot problems that have me with minimal weight bearing and surgery in 3 weeks with a six to eight week period of taking it easy on my foot. I am usually a hiker/walker so I am looking for ideas on fitness without weight bearing. Let me know how you stay motivated when your options for exercise are limited. I am also going to have to eat way less since activity is limited.
