Need to maintain my weight loss Topic


I lost 35lb in 2013 mostly by working my butt off on the treadmill (I also quit a 30yr smoking habit) but over the years I got lazy and gained 65lb. Just just couldn’t keep up the activity. I was adiagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, which didn’t help the problem. Neither did the meds I take now.
I again lost weight- during Covid! -all the 65 lbs, by changing the way I eat, and being active as much as I can.

I just bought MyNetDiary to hold myself accountable!

And I feel like I would like to meet other people losing and/or maintaining their weight.
I’m very much an introvert though :-)

I lost 70 pounds three years ago using the app. I still continue using the app, even though I've reached my target weight. When you actually see the numbers on the app on a daily basis, it does help you to stay on the right track.

Hi everyone. I new to this app. And I really think it will help to maintain my weight lose. You see I lost my weight using noom for 6 hrs. But I quit cause if the cost and changes they made on the app. I lost 75 pounds and now I want to maintain my weight. That’s why I’m here. Love this app.
