@shellyuk78 don’t worry - day 4 you will be back on track. Dont let 100g of chocolate derail your whole effort!

Thankyou @SarahInSydney but not only did I have the 100g choc bar I then went on to eat a load of quality street! With every mouthful I felt guilty & was regretting it as I was eating them yet it didn’t stop me 😡!
However, I have woken up this morning with determination & hoping today will be a better day 😊

@shellyuk78 try not to be so hard on yourself. It’s always harder in the beginning, as time goes on your will power will get better. I try entering my food into my app before eating it. It helps me control how much I eat & what I eat. If I want to eat something extra then I’ll try do some exercise that day. Every day is a new day, not all days will be perfect, you can do it 😃🤗

@PantryQieen thankyou for yr reply I did write a reply back when I sent a friend request but it’s not showing. I weighed myself today, which I wasn’t going to do until Monday, but I’m glad I did as Ive lost 3lbs so that was the motivation I needed to get me back on plan. Slow & steady wins the race I guess 😊 x

I am new and was trying to figure out how to add my greens drink and my collagen mix that I buy to my daily record. They contain a lot of the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients but I don't see a way to do this. Is it possible?

Hi there Lindapower- Yes! It is possible to add foods and supplements to the database if they do not already exist. You have several options. First off, have you tried scanning the barcode on the label? This pulls the nutrient info into the database quickly. You can also use the photofoodservice feature:https://www.mynetdiary.com/food-barcode-scanner.html
Or create a custom food by typing in the nutrients yourself. We have an awesome support team if you run into any roadblocks. They can be reached at support@mynetdiary.com

Cheers to health! Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
