hello all, just signed on after a week of using the free version.
Have realized my caloric intake was way beyond what i should’ve been doing. I cook a lot and enjoy it very much. I’m having a hard time figuring out how to reduce calories for my daily cooking without compromising what a enjoy eating.

if you miss chips try the quest protein chips if you can, they are a pretty good alternative. my favorite flavors are spicy sweet chili and bbq :)

If you have a good slicer or mandolin and aren’t against microwaves, microwave chips are a good option. I make mine skin on, blast with butterspray, garlic powder, and course salt and my family can’t get enough of them. Hope you enjoy it here. Super long time non-premium user just now exploring forums. :)
