So i have been on this journey for 12 days so far i have lost about 2 pounds and that just seems so low . Just was curious if thats good or bad or any comments ot suggestions would be very helpful

Losing 1 pound a week is actually good- losing more than that per week actually increases the likelihood of gaining it all back (or more) soon after. Losing 1 pound a week has been proven to be safe, and to help keep that weight off for good. Weight loss is advertised to be this quick thing, but it’s really not. It takes diligence and patience- a marathon, not a sprint. :) Be proud of yourself for even doing this- you are choosing to take care of your body and mind, and that’s the most important thing at the end of the day. I hope this makes you feel better about your journey!

Hi U1191083758, Totally agree with Nic29! Think of it as one pound of butter when you think of losing one pound. It's truly a lot! You may want to consider tracking your measurements weekly. Many people see changes in their waist, hip, and neck measurements which can be really rewarding. You can add "measurements" to your dashboard for easier tracking. You've got this!
