Hi!


I am still kind of new to this whole dieting thing. I joined this site like 2 or 3 months ago and discovered this forum community recently. I am trying to cut back on sugar and snacks so I can try and lose some weight, So far, no such luck. I have gained 1.5 pounds. But I have added in lots of exercise. At least I didn't buy my favorite candy at the grocery store the other day. I was kind of proud of myself for that. So, I need motivation and willpower to achieve my goal of going at least 1 whole day without candy. I hope and pray that day will be today. So far so good.
