Hi Everyone! I started my weight loss journey by completely cutting out artificial sugars. This has been extremely difficult because I have such a sweet tooth but I’m killing it! I play varsity basketball and this change in my diet has given me the energy I needed to become my team’s leading scorer and most valuable player. I’m currently 160 and would like to get to 140. Any tips or encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Keep pushing!

Hi! I totally understand your struggle. I found out I had a sugar intolerance a few years back and trying to cut out artificial and natural sugars has been super hard. I like sweets too much haha
The only thing I can suggest is just substitute it with stevia or make your own sugar free snacks. Some are really delicious.
I can suggest some if you need ideas. ??

That is great that you are feeling more energetic and doing so well on varsity team! Fresh fruit can give you a little natural sweetness along with a lot of nutrition.

I use Monk Fruit as a substitute for recipes that call for sugar. It has a 1:1 exchange so swapping is easy.
