Struggling during the day at lunch to feel full. I’ve been having a Coke Zero to fill the extra space but am looking for any other tips (water I know) or foods that really fill you up but are low cal. Thanks !

Hi Katie92,
Non-starchy vegetables offer lot of fiber with minimal calories. Can you add raw or cooked veggies? The fiber is filling. Also, are you include at least 20 grams of protein at your lunch? You can include lean protein sources, like chicken, turkey, tuna, egg, or Greek yogurt. Protein helps you stay satisfied longer. And, yes, a big glass of water with meals is a great idea!
When you eat a lighter lunch, you may find that an afternoon snack is helpful to carry you through to the evening meal. Here are some healthy snack ideas you may find useful.

I love raw carrots and they make you feel full. Combine with an apple or a hand full of nuts… so satisfying
