Let’s discuss our accomplishments on here. This is the place to be proud of we’re you have come. It could be something like you remembered to log all your food on a regular basis, achieving greater performance when working out, gaining muscle or weight loss or just overall better health ??
We all need some where you can feel freely to speak up about how ever small or big you have accomplished.
For myself I have lost just over 10kg since February this year, but what I’m even more proud of is that I’m feeling happier, fitter and making better choices. I’m very proud my heart rate when working out is starting to be more settled and not over the roof. Starting to do more more on the weighted machines most the time 4 sets of 12 which is good. I’m also excited to be participating in “the bloody long walk Newcastle” in October which is a 35km walk/hike will be a challenge, but I’m up for it ??
So looking forward to reading your own achievements.

Yay today I’m officially under 130kg hitting 129.7kg crazy knowing around 18 months ago I was weighing my heaviest in life a shocking 148kg.

I am so happy for you. I have lost 7 kg in 2 months and still have 25 more to lose
