Hi U1189577920- Changes in eating habits often produce changes in bowel habits. So it is not surprising that with eating less you are having less bowel movements.
There's a wide range of "normal" when it comes to bowel habits. Some people go 3/day and others 3/week.
Make sure you are getting enough water (at least 64 oz/day) and enough fiber. Fiber is found in the skins/peels of fruits and veggies, beans, nuts, seeds). Fiber has so many benefits and it can help you feel full on less calories. Something that is often very helpful when striving to lose weight. Here's some more info on fiber which can be helpful. https://www.mynetdiary.com/great-food-sources-of-fiber.html
Here's some additional information about bowel habits that may be helpful as well:

Hmm I feel like my bowels have changed. Before starting to eat healthy I used to be constipated all the time. But since eating healthy I’ve had no problems with constipation!

That is great MilaBean. I bet your healthier diet is higher in fiber and water and so you are experiencing that nice bonus! Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
