Positive attitude Topic


i sometimes get very discouraged. i had to change my thinking. instead of thinking this isnt working when i dont see results, i think “what would i look like or weigh if i hadnt walked 75 km’s last week? I also have to tell myself its not always about the scale but about how i feel about myself and my body. its very hard to be positive obout ourselves sometimes, and we all desrve some credit for our efforts. Its a lifetime change not a diet. Dont give up! We are all worth it!
