Question to Women with PCOS Topic


I’m really struggling to figure out my BMR and Caloric intake for weight loss. As you are all aware out metabolism isn’t the same as regular women and so the numbers that come up don’t work for me. I work my butt off in the gym and I am pretty much eating well, focusing on below 90g of carbs per day. Maybe I’m doing something wrong…can you share how you calculated your caloric intake for weight loss and how did you split your macros?
Are there any professionals out there who can help me please?

I’m 187lbs and need to get to a healthy 130lbs. I’m taking it 10lbs at a time though so that it isn’t too overwhelming. I’m 45, 5’6 height.
