Well it’s right back to the beginning for me sadly. Got right down to 11 stone (even lower than my target weight of 11 stone 7) but then got some bad news and have now ballooned to 13 stone 7. Today’s the day that ends. I am fasting on just water for 7 days to rid my body of all those bad carbs I introduced and then it’s back on the Keto diet for me. I’ve fasted before so don’t worry I know what I’m doing. All it does is puts your body into autophagy to clear it of all the waste accumulated and also lowers insulin levels to open the door for burning fat as the primary fuel. So wish me luck everyone, this time (and I know everyone says this but I’m determined)…. It’s for good!!

Please drink at least 64 ounces of water daily and consider stopping the fast early if you feel unwell. Since you mentioned that the bad news caused you to regain weight, I thought you might find these articles useful for the future.
