same weight Topic


so i haven’t actually been using a scale because i thought that without a scale would be easier for me.. but i stepped on the scale today for the first time since december and.. i’m the same weight.. how is that possible ! i mean it’s good that i haven’t gained any weight but like still.. i have been on and off my diet so that’s probably why but i’ll try harder!


i also stepped on the scale 2 hours after i ate so.. that could’ve affected it lol


do you do any exercises? i can give you some tips we can share!

You may have to make some adjustments and that’s ok. I know a scale can be intimidating but it’s the best tool to let you know your progressing along ok. Hind site is 20/20 though, readjust and refocus and you’ll see results. How many calories do you eat daily?


at the beginning of the year i really wanted to loose weight so i only at like 700 cals at most.. but i’ve been trying to change my mindset so daily i eat atleast 1,500 close to 2,000 cals


Try dropping 250 calories from your diet, and see if that helps. 1lb to 2lbs a week is the goal.
