Does anyone know a way to search the food database and show results as a list?

I’m looking to get ideas on snacks and build menu’s.

Greetings U1188654617-

Great idea! We are always looking for ways to improve the app. I think your idea of a list of foods and other resources for menu planning would be great!

Here are some resources that are available with Premium membership and already in place for snacks and menu planning.
1. For inspiration and ideas as well as easy tracking check out our Premium recipe collection (just look for the chef's hat icon). We currently have over 300 (including snacks) dietitian-approved recipes loaded into the app with easy to follow instructions. You can build your menu from these options and filter based on your dietary preferences (ie: Gluten-free, etc).https://www.mynetdiary.com/mynetdiary-s-premium-new-feature-over-200-delicious-recipes.html
2. Under the "Me" tab you'll find another great resource called the Recipe database. This links you to recipes on the internet where you can search based on macros, ingredients-on-hand, etc.
3. For quick and easy snack ideas I love Brenda's article on immune-boosting snacks. Who doesn't need a healthy immune system right now?

Try for snacks dry fruits, And a combination of nuts low in cards compliments salads and think about also olives.
