I am new to this app. I am LOVING it. Went to log my rendezvous and found that form of exercise does not exist.  Am I missing something? I welcome your feedback!

Calories burned through activity are calculated using metabolic equivalents. In general, energy burned during sexual activity translates to about 4-5 METS. As a workaround you can use walking (3.5mph) 4.3 METS or low impact aerobics 5.0 METS. Which ever activity you select, you'll need to keep track of your minutes of movement, so keep the stopwatch handy. At the same time that I knew this was going to be a doozy of a question, I also wanted to throw my playful side out there.
Thank you to those who had a great sense of humour about it; You’re my kind of people.  Thank you Joanne (Dietician) for being professional - yet showcasing your funny side. Great advice! Walking and a stopwatch should do the trick (depending on the intensity).
