How long have you gone without loosing weight? You could try walking more to increase your NEAT, also make sure you are counting every calorie you would be surprised how many calories we can kiss even with the best of intentions.


Keep going and try a new exercise


I’ve been losing weight consistently since September. Today, I lost a half pound and I noticed that my carb grams and calorie requirement have increase. Why?! I want to stay on the same track? Why does Carb genius want me to eat more! I am 15 pounds away from my goal.


I had to lower my calories count to get where I want.
