Slow weight loss goals? Topic


Anyone else aiming to lose slow? A couple of years ago I lost 25 lbs in a couple of months. And then I experienced a lot of hair loss. It was great meeting my goals so fast, but I hated losing hair (I already have very fine and thin hair). My doctor said that was normal for fast weight loss. I’ve gained weight back now, and am looking to lose 20+ lbs again. I’ve tried several times over the past few years but just can’t stick to a very low calorie count for long enough anymore. I decided to set my target weight for next June and just go slow and steady. Only a few weeks in but I’m already finding my calorie deficit to be so achievable without being a total drag. Wondering if anyone else is taking a similar approach? Anyone experienced some success taking the slow track?
