Snacking. Topic

Hi Everyone
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to stop snacking in the evenings whilst watching TV! This is my downfall I do well all day then the evening comes and I wanna raid the fridge and cupboards! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

The simplest thing to do is to keep to fridge and cupboards free unhealthy snacks. If you’ve got a house full of fatty and satisfying snacks it’s inevitable that you’ll snack on them you’re relaxing. Except for special occasions, I don’t buy cakes, biscuits or crisps as I know I’ll eat them all quickly if they’re in my house

I’m currently finding cleaning my teeth or using chewing gum after a meal helps send me a signal to stop eating after a meal.

Greetings Dempsey43- Evening snacking can be a tough habit to break though certainly not impossible! I love the ideas that have been shared already. Have you had a chance to experiment with any of them?

Here are 3 articles that I think might provide some tips for you to try out. The third article is on cravings. Some people crave very specific foods at night (not sure if that applies to you). Please let us know which tips work best!
