I know it’s habit but between 9:30 and 10pm I’m looking for a snack. I am always too high on carbs and way too low on protein. Any suggestions on crunchy snacks and how to break the habit? Thanks

Hi Karensgoal- When it comes to weight control- planning out your snacks is key! If you'd like to have something crunchy in the evening, simply save some calories for it.
