My kryptonite are cookies. Especially at night. Anyone have some tips to curb the cravings? Maybe some alternatives?


Honestly sometimes u just gotta have the cookie! But at night I always try to go for an herbal tea with a sweet flavor (celestial brand has great ones)

Cravings can be a challenge for sure! Here are some tips to help:
1. Are you eating because you are hungry or are you simply accustomed to eating at a certain time (such as after dinner).

3. Finally, I find that actually having the cookie (thanks for sharing U1190167971!) can be quite satisfying. Give yourself permission, slow down and enjoy every bite!

Well the easiest solution is to not have them in the house. But using this app, you can have them...you just need to limit what you have based on the calories you have left.
If I have things I crave in the house, I put them out of sight. If I was a cookie lover, I would take the package & put servings of 2 in ziplock baggies in the freezer. That way they have to defrost & you have servings ready to go & will be less likely to eat the whole bag. Hope that is helpful.
