I’m trying to get rid of some stubborn belly fat, any suggestions?


calorie deficit is the only way to lose fat, you can’t target fat loss either


Fast. Only eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing else


Maybe at stress/cortisol levels… if it could be that look at ways to reduce stress… also sleep too


You don’t eat certain foods to loose in certain areas. General calorie deficit and some core strength exercises to tone the area would be most helpful but you don’t pick where fat comes and goes.
