Tips for not giving up? Topic

I have done this several times, starting good for couple of weeks and then failing to continue :( so tired of always trying and ending up getting more weight back

Since you’re eating behavior is made up of literally thousands of different habits and preferences, why not start small and focus on one positive improvement at a time? One thing I did a long time ago was to focus on eating protein at every meal and snack, and eating it first, before carbs or fats if possible.

#1 thing I did was log everything so I know what I eat. Another top item I did was CUT my portion size. I had no clue that 12-14 Doritos was a serving. :-) I used to fill a small bowl of them up to eat as a snack. Not any longer; I still treat myself, but it is usually 6-7 chips with a lunch.

Review what you eat, make smaller portions, and like another posted; I eat protein at meals. The software will help you with reviewing your nutrients and what is good and or bad.

Oh, a nice thing I like is the letter grade that is given when entering your food intake. From that you can see if you want to lower the portion, get rid of it and eat an alternative, etc... I like that feature.
