okay so, i'll share my diet and workout plan. but what are some tips and tricks you guys have? i really need every single detail on this struggle. anyway, i have been counting calories and i barely eat more than half of my goal. i do kpop choreography and hiit, small waist, and arm workouts. i honestly love watching diet vlogs and how others complete their obstacle. i like doing the IU diet but i mostly fast for the whole day if i'm not in the mood to eat. i never try making myself throw up but i do take laxatives to help. so i usually do intermediate fasting, then i eat lunch, i don't eat breakfast or dinner. i dance for about 1 hour and a half. then do my beside workouts for 35-45 minutes. i'm trying my best to lose weight in the quickest way possible. would love some help!!

i can't handle it anymore, and the stress and anxiety when someone asks about it or criticizes me. ive lost about 9.5 pounds in two weeks

Daily healthy eating is the better way to go. Good on you for trying but crash diets can see ppl gain weight back quickly. I’m sure the dietitian’s on here can guide you. All the best.
