Why is there such a difference in scrambled, boiled, and fried eggs? Scrambled eggs have trans fat but boiled and fried don’t?
Also, my weekly analysis says I need to increase my protein - what are some high protein foods that don’t have a ton of calories?
Thanks!

High protein low cal foods chicken breast is king, and of course shrimp, fish, low fat turkey.
As for the question of food variance. It’s always best to track the food itself, so instead of scrambled eggs, log the 2 eggs you put into make it and any other ingredients such as butter or oil to cook it in.
