How can I feel healthier on the road? I pack a healthy lunch but it’s gone within a couple hours. What shall I do for the next 10?


Gum!! I chew gum a lot on the road. To the point it makes my jaw sore sometimes, but it gives my mouth something to do. Also, I don’t know what the lifestyle looks like re: bathroom breaks, but staying hydrated is key to helping yourself not overeat. Maybe set times during your travel (like 4 hours in, 7 hours in, 10 hours in) where you are allowed a healthy/low calorie snack. You can portion everything out into ziplocks or Tupperware when you make your lunch and even label them with the time you’re going to eat them. It will give you something to look forward to and you can ensure that the portions and food is appropriate for your needs.
