So I’m broke and I don’t have anything to make a smoothie. I always buy chips (which I know I shouldn’t) but I can’t help myself. I literally have hard cravings for unhealthy snacks. I’m trying to eat healthier but I work in fast food and I have no money. I need help please.

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you are struggling. While you are tracking, can you gradually replace some of the unhealthy choices with healthier ones? I'm new in the app. I work in the tech industry, my lifestyle is extremely sedentary and I had injuries in the past while trying to get fit. So I'm not only overweight, I'm scared of getting injured again. I am an endomorph, I gain weight very easily. Please help me to regain my strength.

Hi there! I’ve been where you are. I have found that I just have to start eating fruit instead if chips, tortillas, etc. after about 3 days the veggies start tasting sweet and you will feel much better. Hang in there!
