Vegan Calcium Topic


Any ideas for upping calcium as I’m only having about 25-30% of what I should be having. I’m vegan so no animal products.

Vegan sources of calcium include:
Fortified, plant-based, milk alternatives
Tofu made with calcium
Kale, broccoli, and collards
Blackstrap molasses
