Wanting to go on a calorie deficit but I’m always hungry Topic

Anyone can achieve weight loss but your goal should be fat loss. I’ve begun my journey once again and I’m following a low calorie low fat high protein diet with exercise. 5 meals a day of approximately 300 calories per meal for a diet that is sustainable. 1-2 pounds a week that stay off. Check out “Beyond Weight Loss” on Prime Video. What saves me is now I cook and carry my food. Check it out.

Portion control is key for me. I started there. I still enjoy the foods I want, but now can convert a big restaurant higher calorie meal into smaller portions, and enjoy them days later. Start off slow: control portions, allow your body to get used to the little reduction. Then, cut a little more, meanwhile try to incorporate some healthy choices. Just changing a little at a time, setting smaller goals will allow you to get to a calorie deficit over time. Your body will get used to it, and you will not feel the hunger or the urges. Add water, a little at a time, soon you will be drinking a lot more per day, feel refreshed, and the need for those high calorie foods taper off. It’s a marathon but you got this! Best of luck!

Yes, portion control is key. Also, I drink Stevia sweetened drinks to help fill up. Also drink Herbal tea. Sometimes you can fill up with liquid. Good luck🤗

Eat Salads. It provides bulk and fiber which helps to curve hunger.

Here are some of my favorite tips for portion control for weight loss. Pick one or two a week and before you know it they will become part of your lifestyle.
