Weight lose goals keep changing Topic


Hi all, not sure if I should be changing my weight lose goals so frequently. I am 203 trying to get to my first goal of 190. And then from 190 to 160, etc. So far, I’ve lose 13 pounds. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good calorie budget for this?


Depends on how soon your trying to reach your goals. I am currently 205 trying to also get down to 190. I go on vacation late September so I am trying to hit it by then. I am consuming around 1800-1900 calories a day to make this work while going to the gym. If you are gradually trying to get to your goal, I think low 2000’s would be perfectly fine.
