Weight loss Topic

I have been working out and eating slightly more than what my calorie intake is (1200). I eat organic foods and drink plenty of water, but I’m not seeing any weight loss. Does this mean I should put more hours into working out and eat less than 1200 calories? I still look and feel fat because the scale isn’t changing.

I would say eat less calories, but I’m not a professional 🤷🏻‍♀️

if u eat 1200 cals id say try to burn around 1700 or more if u want. try to tighten up ur diet in some spots and get rid of foot with lots of fats or carbs in them. organic doesn’t always mean it’s the best choice.

Hi there U1194930206-
Welcome to MyNetDiary! I am sorry the scale is not reflecting your hard work. I realize this can be frustrating and cause doubt in the process.

Here are some tips that can help to get the scale moving:
1. Strive for 1200 calories a day (I would not suggest eating less than this as it is hard if not impossible to meet your micro and macronutrient needs on fewer calories). I would suggest 500 calorie breakfast, 400-calorie lunch, 300 calorie supper.
